How to reach us and what to expect

Initial consultation

  • Call or email to request an initial consultation. We’ll ask a few questions to understand your goals, timeline, and budget, and then propose an on-site or virtual meeting.
  • During the consultation we’ll review project objectives, take preliminary measurements or photographs, and discuss suitable next steps and deliverables.

Project proposal and scope

  • After the discovery consultation, we’ll provide a written proposal outlining scope, fees, phases, and preliminary timelines. Once you approve, we begin the design process.

Virtual design and remote work

  • For clients outside our local area or who prefer remote collaboration, we offer virtual packages that include floor plans, mood boards, shopping lists, and visualizations. Virtual clients receive clear documentation to implement locally or with their contractors.

Providing this information in advance helps us prepare a productive initial consultation and provide a more accurate proposal.

Payment methods and billing

We accept credit cards, ACH transfers, and checks. Payment schedules are outlined in proposals and generally include a retainer with subsequent milestone payments tied to deliverables and procurement. For procurement projects, a percentage of the total cost may be required at order placement.

Privacy and confidentiality

We treat client information and project details with strict confidentiality. All contracts and agreements include clear terms regarding intellectual property and privacy.
